Q: What is the Retail Technology Conference?

A: Retail Technology Conference is Gilbarco Veeder Root’s annual event celebrating the latest in c-store retail technology including security and customer experience. At this event you’ll have the opportunity to be face-to-face with Gilbarco Veeder Root’s experts and other industry leaders.

Q: Where is the event?

A: The event will take place May 9-12, 2023 in New Orleans at the Sheraton New Orleans.

Q: What are the COVID-19 safety protocols for this event?

A: The health and safety of all attendees, exhibitors and speakers during our 2023 Retail Technology Conference is our top is still a priority. We will follow all established state and local health guidelines for our 2023 Retail Technology Conference in-person event in May.

Please note that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public space where people are present. By attending this event, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and safety guidelines, assume all risks associated with potential exposure to COVID-19 and waive any claims against Gilbarco Veeder-Root, its subsidiaries and affiliates relating to such risks

Q: What does my ticket include?

A: The registration fee includes 2 full days of conference sessions (we recommend arrival on Tuesday, May 9th and departure Friday, May 12th), access to the trade show, conference materials, meals and offsite events as noted in the agenda (coming soon!).

Hotel bookings are separate. You can book a room at the Marriott Savannah Riverfront soon.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: All sales are final. But we know life happens, so if you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out to RTC@gilbarco.com for support.

Q: What is the deadline for registration?

You can register through our Eventbrite page found here. Registration closes on May 20,2022. 

Q: How do I register for the Retail Technology Conference?

A: You can register up until the start of the event, so long as tickets are available. However, tickets sell out early, so act quickly! Be sure to take advantage of our discounted Early Bird rate through Jan. 31, 2023 to save $100 per ticket.
